Send the item in its original packaging and with the original invoice to us by insured courier (UPS or registered mail). Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Do not write Jewelry or any other jewelry related words on the outside of the package. Mail the package to:

A refund will be issued within 10 business days. A refund will be issued to you in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
